Professor at the University of Pisa
Antonio Bicchi is a scientist in robotics, haptics and automatic control. After graduating from the University of Bologna, he was a scientist at MIT AI Lab in Cambridge, USA, before becoming professor of robotics at the University of Pisa, where he leads the Robotics Research Group. Since 2009 he leads the Soft Robotics Lab at the Italian Institute of Technology in Genoa, and is adjunct professor at Arizona State University in Tempe.
