Doctoral student in philosophy and ethics applied to social robotics
Julien De Sanctis is a doctoral student at the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) in philosophy and ethics applied to interactive robotics. He is completing his thesis under the CIFRE (Conventions Industrielles de Formation par la Recherche) program with Spoon, with whom he shares an ethical, humanist vision. He views artefacts as action crystallized into matter, and technological development as a fundamentally ethical activity. His desire is to make all of this morally desirable.
