With degrees from INSA Lyon and the Université Pierre et Marie Curie in Bioinformatics and Artificial Intelligence, Ugo worked in software development before joining Shadow Robot Company in 2009 as a software engineer, later being promoted to Chief Technical Architect. In 2017, he joined SPooN.ai as research director. He will be in charge of developing the AI of Artificial Creatures. He has published 4 articles, including ‘A Case Study of ROS Software Re-usability for Dexterous In-Hand Manipulation’. He writes a blog on his technological advances and his passion for the virtues of remote work.
